Moscow, Russia – The Embassy of Uganda in Moscow congratulated the national team on its strong showing at the Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad, held this April in the Russian capital.

Competing against more than 160 students from across the globe, the Ugandan participants secured 2nd and 4th positions among African delegations. The Embassy praised the students for their academic excellence and for representing the country with distinction on the international stage.

The Mendeleev Olympiad is one of the most prestigious chemistry competitions for secondary school students, testing advanced problem-solving and practical laboratory skills.

The Embassy extended its best wishes to the team for continued success in their future academic and professional endeavors.
