The Minister bid farewell to the outgoing Chief Representative, Mr. Inoue Yoichi, commending his contribution to strengthening Uganda- Japan relations, and welcomed the incoming Chief Representative, Mr. Osaki Mitsuhiro.

Discussions focused on deepening development cooperation, with emphasis on Uganda’s priority areas, including infrastructure development, agriculture, and post conflict recovery in Northern Uganda.
