Kampala, Uganda – Her Excellency Ambassador Etsegenet led a delegation in a productive discussion with Mr. Philip Ayazika Mbataya, Commissioner for Human Resources Management and Head of Human Resource Development at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uganda.
The dialogue focused on strengthening the existing partnership between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda and the Ethiopian Institute of Foreign Affairs. Both parties agreed to facilitate exchange visits and to formalise their collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), aimed at coordinating joint efforts to promote bilateral relations.
